1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as local storage and pixels, work the same way, and I use the word “cookies” for all of them here. Some are needed for a site to work. Others remember settings or measure how a site is used.

2. Who sets them

This site is run by SpamzKillerTTV in Houston, Texas, USA, and is hosted on Fourthwall. Fourthwall provides the store, checkout and hosting, so most cookies on this site are set by Fourthwall and its payment and security providers. I do not add my own tracking or advertising cookies. For how your data is handled in general, see the Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies on this site

• Strictly necessary: keep your cart, sign you in to checkout, remember your region or currency, and protect the site from fraud and abuse. The site and checkout cannot work properly without these, so they are used without asking for consent.
• Payments: Fourthwall’s payment processors may set cookies to complete your payment securely and prevent fraud.
• Performance and analytics: Fourthwall may use basic analytics to understand how the store performs, such as which pages are visited. I do not add any other analytics tool to this site.
• Fonts and images: Google Fonts and Imgur deliver fonts and pictures to your browser. They can see your IP address and browser details when the page loads, and Imgur may set its own cookies.
• Advertising and social media tracking: none that I add. I do not sell your data or use it for targeted ads.

The exact cookie names and lifetimes are controlled by Fourthwall and can change when it updates its platform. See Fourthwall’s privacy information for more detail.

4. Third-party links

This site links to Twitch, Discord, StreamElements, Throne and other services. When you click through, they set their own cookies under their own policies. I do not control them. Embedded content from those services, if I add any later, may also set cookies, and I will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

5. Your choices

• Cookie banner: where a cookie banner is shown, you can accept or decline optional cookies, and declining is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site.
• Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may break the cart and checkout.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, I treat it as a request to opt out of optional cookies where I am able to.
• Other services: to control cookies from Twitch, Discord and the like, use the settings on those services.

6. Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in my Discord.
